The Access Group was formed in response to our customers' reengineering
initiatives and outsourcing requests. Consulting services are provided in four
areas: project management, furniture asset management, relocation management and
process management to corporations which do not have or wish to have in-house
resources available. Operating on a fee-for-services basis, we rely on talented
people with excellent skills and energy, coupled with technology to produce high
quality, customer-satisfying results. In short, the Access Group is faster, more
productive, better focused and more innovative than a typical in-house staff. We
seek long-term client relationships which usually start with a specific project
or contract. Once a success record has been established, customers usually
broaden the scope of our activities to maximize their cost savings.

Scope of Services
The Access Group services large corporations which do not have or wish to have
in-house resources available. The Access Group has successfully handled projects
nationally. The Access Group is a low overhead operation relying on talented
people with excellent skills and energy, coupled with technology to produce high
quality, customer satisfying results. In short, The Access Group is faster, more
productive, better focused and more innovative than a typical in-house staff.
Client Relationship Approach
The Access Group seeks long term client relationships. These relationships will
usually start with a specific project or contract. Once a success record has
been established, The Access Group gains additional projects and broadens its
scope of activities within the client company by building on the relationship -
long, strong and deep.
Inventory Services
Our account executives, technical specifies, project managers and experienced
operations personnel can perform detailed inventories to be used in conjunction
with reconfigurations. Inventories are most effective if the objectives are
clearly established upfront. Customers generally request onsite inventories for
three reasons; insurance valuations, property tax assessments and most
frequently, for reconfiguration purposes.
Relocation Coordination Services
We provide move services on two levels. First, we can coordinate and project
manage moves at an oversight level. Secondly, we can coordinate, project manage
and physically perform the move.
Our
added value is that we have the infrastructure of people, equipment, and
experience ready and able to handle moves of all sizes ranging from one person
to the President's office to hundreds of people over a weekend
